Document the method.
Preserve the evidence.
Our quality approach connects scientific practice with the systems used to manage manuscripts, reviews and publication history.
Each research record brings together its methods, limitations, disclosures and version information, giving readers a structured basis for examination.
Every marker has a defined scope.
The site’s practice markers link to ZEISMO’s record system, methods, evidence and publication policies. They describe inspectable practices. For a specific study, the verification record identifies the version, checks and issuing authority.
ZEISMO Protocol Verified covers the recorded study design and package checks. System Tested identifies software checks with their stated scope. Experimental Evaluation reports measured runs and their limitations. ZEISMO Research Record identifies a preserved publication version.
A checksum verifies matching bytes; the methods and evidence support assessment of scientific conclusions. These lab-issued markers are distinct from external certification or institutional endorsement.
Check the exact publication.
Registered versions carry a SHA-256 fingerprint of their canonical JSON record. Compare a downloaded file with its stored fingerprint to verify that the contents match.
Verify record integrityA traceable research record.
A local ZEISMO identifier connects each registered version to its manuscript, publication date and history. Linked revisions preserve the progression of the work.
Review the specific version.
Assigned reviewers record their assessment, recommendation and conflicts of interest against the submitted manuscript. Publication pages identify preprint status and show the available review record.
Make the experiment understandable.
Authors document methods, data availability, funding, conflicts and AI assistance. Research protocols and run logs help preserve configurations, comparisons, unsuccessful attempts and measured outcomes.

Our development roadmap draws on ISO 9001 quality-management principles, ISO/IEC 27001 information security, ISO/IEC 42001 AI management, WCAG 2.2 accessibility and OWASP ASVS application-security guidance.

Registered snapshots retain their original contents. Revisions create linked versions, while corrections, expressions of concern and retractions are recorded alongside the affected publication.
