Operational Science and Business Automation
Methods for converting routine operational signals into measurable workflows, controlled automation and useful scientific records.
How does ZEISMO measure operational automation?
We separate observations, warnings, corrective actions and later outcomes. One recorded checkpoint contained 5,049 observations, 137 warnings and seven open improvement actions. These are different units. A smaller action queue describes deduplication; measuring productivity requires follow-up outcomes and review effort.
